HATU WARM It's a pleasant, effective and complete thermal and acoustic insulation system for your van.

It was created on the basis of natural, biologically inert, chemical-free and toxin-free material. We used sheep's wool. Its unique properties and safety of use distinguish it from other insulators. 100% of the wool comes from the south of Poland and is the result of annual spring shearing of sheep. Wool fibers undergo a multi-stage low-emission treatment process. Washing, combing and then laying in the form of a tape or mat. Mechanical compaction serves to increase the density, which in turn improves the acoustic properties. Based on our experience and conducted tests, and analysis of systems available in caravanning or traditional construction. We carefully selected the remaining elements of the system. The system is based on three products:

An essential starter kit. Includes assembly instructions, cleaning agent, two types of spray rubber adhesive, nine pieces of acoustic rubber mat 33 cm x 33 cm x 0.5 cm for gluing flat surfaces, protective paper tape, vapor barrier foil and 60 m of woolen cord for filling closed profiles and other hard-to-reach places.
Insulation mat “A”. It is 100% pure wool in the form of strips measuring 500 cm x 50 cm x 5 cm. The mat is very resilient, easy to process and resistant to stretching. Measure the area of the walls and ceiling of your van. Order the right amount. One piece is 2.5 m2 of surface
Insulating mat “B” This is a layer of highly compacted pure wool. Dedicated to shallow spaces or as an additional layer to the “A” type mat. Due to the increased density, it significantly improves acoustics. It comes in the size of 500 cm x 50 cm x 2 cm. One piece is 2.5 m2
